John Carpenter
John has over forty years of experience as a building contractor and product development of composite structures, glass fabrication and specialty coatings. He has worked in aerospace as a program manager and been hands on in the manufacture, repair and recertification of interior components for head of state aircraft notably the Saudi Royal family 747 and Air Force One. In 1999 he developed an epoxy/glass composite for use in the solid surface industry and has been manufacturing colored glass shower walls, shower pans and shower doors for the past five plus years.
John is the owner of RMD Composites that is the manufacturer of Pacific Crest Showers, Environite
Building Products and Snowshark Monoskis. Snowshark has a loyal global client base that goes back
some twenty-five years.
John's primary function is overall management and ongoing development of new and cutting edge architectural products. He also manages sales and field service north of Everett.

Randy Morgan
Randy has over thirty-five years experience in the kitchen and bath industry including years of
management at a Morgan's Electric and Plumbing store in Seattle. He is experienced and very detail
oriented in kitchen & bath design and function including a extensive knowledge of plumbing, plumbing design, associated fixtures and their manufactures.
Randy has joined Environite and Pacific Crest Showers to manage sales and field service in the greater
Seattle area.

Megan Burns
Megan joined the group to manage digital communication(s), advertising and marketing.
She is experienced in the cellular telephone industry, web site construction and today's internet and social media needs of business'.
Megan's primary function is the ongoing presence and presentation of Pacific Crest Showers products through the internet and social media.
