Glass
All glass used has a minimum thickness of 1/4" which is CNC shaped, holes or cutouts done, edge detailed and then tempered. Color application is a proprietary modified acrylic urethane that is done in six coats to provide a completely opaque color coating. Glass is permanently bonded to the Hydro-Blok wall surface using adhesives.
Exposed Edges
For added protection we cap all exposed edges with a stainless steel L molding.
Inside corners- For maximum water intrusion protection glass panels are installed with three separate layers of water protection.
